If you have been tuning into IndianAutosBlog.com, you will know that Honda will not bring the 2012 Civic to the Delhi Auto Expo. While we think this is because Honda wants to place undivided energy on the Brio's launch, a consolation for Honda fans are these images released in Malaysia.
The Malaysian version sports minor styling differences from the American Civic range. India could get this version featuring a unique grille and bumper design. The head lamps consist of clear turn indicators instead of the amber lights that are a legal requirement in the US.
At the rear, there are rectangular reflectors extending from the lights into the boot lid. The outgoing Civic is longer than the incoming model by 30mm.
Honda should introduce a compact diesel engine by the end of 2013 on the new Civic.
