The Continental Flying Spur is the four door sedan version of the grand tourer - the Bentley Continental GT.

For the next model year, the exteriors of the Flying Spur have a few key changes. A lower roof line, deeply sculpted panels and what Bentley calls a muscular rear haunch give the Flying Spur a more aggressive stance.

The change at the rear is courtesy the lower boot lid along with the horizontal 'ellipse' LED tail lights. These changes make the new Flying Spur a lot sleeker and contribute to its low drag coefficient of 0.29 Cd.

Overall, Bentley has changed 600 parts in the new car and the result is that the car weights 50kg less than its predecessor.

Inside, the new Flying Spur is available in both four and five seat configurations. The new seats are softer and are available in a range of 12 colors as well.

In terms of entertainment, the Flying Spur comes with almost everything. Right from an 8-inch touch screen interface to a 1100 Watt stereo system to a WiFi hotspot exclusive to the car.

Two 10-inch LCD's are also present at the rear for non-stop entertainment.

The Flying Spur utilizes Bentley's most powerful engine - the 6.0-liter W12 Twin turbocharged power plant. It produces about 616 bhp of power at 6,000 rpm and churns out 800Nm of torque from 2,000 rpm.

An all new ZF 8-speed automatic gearbox handles the might of the engine by shifting cogs in 200 milliseconds. It sends power to all four wheels of the car. The new Flying Spur does the 0-100km/h sprint in 4.3 seconds and reaches a top speed of 322km/h.

The weight saving and low drag coefficient ensures that the new Flying Spur delivers 6.8km/l.
