Spied - A trio of Mahindra Scorpio facelift prototypes snapped by an IAB reader
To come with a new dashboard and reworked mechanicals.
Indian Autos Blog reader, Mr. Sandeep, spotted this trio of 2014 Mahindra Scorpio test mules recently near Goa. The refreshed Scorpio is expected to go on sale next month.
Mahindra designers have given the SUV new headlights and taillights. Features such as projector beams for the headlights, and LED elements for the taillights will be seen on the car as suggested by earlier spy images. Other changes would come in the form of a new grille, a tweaked hood and new alloy wheel patterns.
Inside, the facelifted Scorpio will see a massive design makeover as it gets an all-new dashboard. The steering wheel is borrowed from the more expensive XUV500, and details like the instrument cluster, AC vents, center console and power window pods have been redesigned as well.
