Here is the video of the refreshed Prado that's a perfect match to those images. Launched in 2009, the current generation Prado is receiving its mid-life refresh.

Radiator slats are thicker and set wider apart. The bumper is closed, and the foglamps are reshaped.

Current Prado's front.

The SUV boasts of an imposing chrome finished grille and new stylish headlamp units that funnel down all the way to the bumper which is also revised. The HID elements can swivel up and down and the car headlamps come with integrated LED DRLs.

There are no significant changes to the profile and the rear, save for reworked taillamp elements. The taillights have "Land Cruiser" engraved on them.

Number plate enclosure is new. Also note the detailing difference in the stoplight cluster.

The interior of the Land Cruiser Prado gets some minor improvements. The shape and layout of the buttons on the centre console have been revisited. The multi info display on the instrument console gets enhanced graphics.

Central console gets faux wood inserts and a large dial instead of buttons.

Current Prado's dashboard for your reference.

Details of the powertrain are not out yet, but we expect the 4.0 litre V6 petrol and 3.0 litre D-4D diesel engines to continue with some improvements.

Given the readiness of the 2014 Land Cruiser Prado, the unveil could happen anytime from now.
