Audi will introduce the next generation 2015 A4 in the second half of next year. German car magazine, Auto Motor Und Sport, has a rendering and a report of what we can expect in the next gen A4.

The 2015 Audi A4 will sport Audi's new design language, which will first be seen on the new Q7.

The exterior design of the new A4 will sport Audi's brand new design language which will first be seen on the new Q7. One of the design highlights will be a simple, fine stripe for the daytime running lights.

Audi currently offers the A4 as a sedan and estate (and an All Road version based on the estate) and will continue to do so on the next generation. Media reports indicate that an all-new variant on the A4 called the 'Vario', featuring the sedan's body length but with the boot space of the estate, would be seen in 2016. The A4 Vario will rival the BMW 3 Series GT, which launches in India next year.

Audi could use cylinder deactivation technology on the new A4 to reduce emissions and increase fuel efficiency.

The report highlights that Audi could use cylinder deactivation technology, to bring down the CO2 emissions and increase the fuel efficiency of the car.

In India, Audi recently introduced the A4 177 bhp and the A4 Celebration Edition. The latter is a cut-price, entry-level variant of the A4 with a price tag of INR 25.99 lakhs (ex-Showroom, India) making it the most affordable A4 in India.
