India-made 2015 Ford Figo hatchback - 2015 Dubai Live

The 2015 Ford Figo hatchback is being showcased at the 2015 Dubai International Motor Show. The model at the show is fitted with the 1.5-litre petrol engine mated to the six-speed dual-clutch transmission.
The India-made Figo is already on sale in the UAE in three variants - Ambiente, Trend and Titanium. The lower variants get the choice of 4-door and 5-door body styles (the Figo is also available as a full-size sedan), while the top-end Titanium comes only in 4-door version.
The Figo is powered by two engines - a 1.2-litre Ti-VCT I-4 petrol and a 1.5-litre I-4 petrol unit. The smaller motor, that produces 88 PS at 6,300 rpm and 112 Nm at 4,000 rpm, is offered on the first two variants, only with a five-speed manual transmission.
The larger engine that is offered only on the range-topping version, gets a choice of a five-speed manual or a six-speed automatic transmission. The auto gearbox is called the PowerShift transmission, which has the SelectShift feature. This motor develops 112 PS at 6,000 rpm and 136 Nm at 4,250 rpm.
The 1.2-litre Figo returns a mileage of 19.6 km/l, while the 1.5-litre manual model delivers 18.3 km/l and the 1.5-litre AT claims 18.1 km/l.
