CG Motorcorp, the authorized distributor of Maruti Suzuki in Nepal, has launched the Maruti Suzuki Alto K10 at the 2015 NADA Auto Show this week. Only available in the VXi trim, the 2015 Maruti Alto K10 is priced at NPR 1.999 million (INR 12.39 lakhs).
Launched last year in India, the Maruti Alto K10 features an updated design with redesigned headlamps and taillamps, new bumper and grille designs, and new wheel cover design. The new K10 measures 3,545 mm in length, 1,490 mm in width and 1,475 mm in height. Its wheelbase spans 2,360 mm and the small car has a turning radius of 4.6 m and a ground clearance of 160 mm
Inside, the dashboard design has been revised, and comes with a 2-DIN audio system as standard. It also features an updated instrument cluster with a tachometer and a trip counter.
Under the hood, the Maruti Suzuki Alto K10 packs a 1.0 litre 3-cylinder engine with 68 PS (67.04 bhp) and 90 Nm torque, paired to a 5-speed manual gearbox as standard. It is capable of returning a mileage of 24.07 km/l (certified by ARAI in India).
