2015 Peugeot 208 vs Peugeot 208 - Old vs New
To be unveiled at the 2015 Geneva Motor Show on March 3, the 2015 Peugeot 208 (facelift) gets an updated design, a new GTi by Peugeot Sport model, and an all new GT Line.
Up front, new headlamps, grille, and bumper sum up the changes. The rear gets LED taillamps with a slightly different detailing. The sides remain unchanged, although new alloy wheel designs will be made.
On the inside, there's a new trim for the dashboard, a 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system with MirrorScreen system (i.e. the ability to replicate a smartphone's screen), and a leather trimmed steering wheel.
Engine options include 1.6 HDi diesel engine (available in a more than one state of tune), a 1.2-litre turbo petrol, and the GTi-specific 208 hp producing 1.6-litre THP turbocharged petrol.
The 30th Anniversary edition variant is now available under the 'GTi by Peugeot Sport' name. It continues with a more focussed chassis, lower ride height and matte black interior.
