EICMA 2014 Live - 2015 Triumph Thunderbird Night Storm

Based on the Thunderbird Storm.

Triumph have revealed three motorcycles at the EICMA 2014, and one of them is the 2015 model year Thunderbird Night Storm. Based on the Thunderbird Storm, the Night Storm gets several exclusive visual touches.

The 2015 Triumph Thunderbird Night Storm gets a custom paint job and a hand painted tank.

The highlight of the cruiser is its custom paint job, exhaust and an all-black deluxe saddle. The tank is entirely painted by hand and features a dual tone finish to it (Silver Frost and Phantom Black are the colors used). The engine gets a dedicated 'Night Storm' logo as well.

Power for the Night Storm comes from the same parallel twin 1,699 cc engine which produces 98 hp and 156 Nm of torque.

There are no structural changes to the motorcycle, and it continues to be offered with 47 mm forks up front and dual shock absorbers at the rear which have an adjustable preload. Other features on the cruiser include a clock in the instrument cluster and twin tripmeters.

Triumph is yet to reveal the price of the new Thunderbird Night Storm, however, the British manufacturer announced that the motorcycle will be available in dealerships in Europe by February 2015.
