Up front, it gets the diamond radiator grille and a long bonnet. The sides features frameless doors and a striking beltline, while the posterior comes with wraparound LED tail lamps, boot lid spoiler and dual exhausts.

The interior is identical to the C-Class sedan, and gets the free-standing COMAND infotainment system with touchpad controller, three-spoke multi-function steering wheel, twin-pod instrument cluster, center console finished in gloss black and sport seats wrapped in Artico leather upholstery.

The regular C Class Coupe is available in four variants: Mercedes C180 Coupe packing a 1.6-litre four-cylinder engine with 115 kW/156 hp, and a 2.0-liter four cylinder engines under the hoods of Mercedes C200 Coupe (135 kW/184 hp), Mercedes C250 Coupe (155 kW/211 hp) models and Mercedes C300 Coupe with 180 kW/245 hp. Also available are diesel engines available in two tunes: 25 kW (170 hp) or 150 kW (204 hp).

The most powerful model in the range is the 2016 Mercedes-AMG C63 Coupe, which is powered by a 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 and is available in two variants, the AMG C63 and the AMG C63 S. This unit develops 476 hp and 650 Nm of torque in the base model while the C63 S is tuned to crank out 510 hp and 700 Nm of peak torque output. The only transmission available is a 7-speed dual-clutch unit.
