India-bound 2016 Toyota Corolla Altis (facelift) launched in Malaysia
Priced from RM 120,900 to RM 138,900.
UMW Toyota has announced prices of the 2016 Toyota Corolla Altis (facelift) in Malaysia, as well as started accepting bookings for the same. Available in three variants: baseline 1.8E, a 1.8G and a 2.0V, the new Corolla is priced between RM 120,900 to RM 138,900.
The Corolla Altis facelift features a facelifted front and rear end, which borrows cues from Toyota's “Keen Look” and “Under Priority” design language. It features LED headlamps with daytime running light strips, new upper grille embellished in chrome, a wider radiator grille integrated in the bumper and new LED clusters for the taillamps.
Inside, the only noticeable changes are updated HVAC controls and new circular HVAC vents. The new Touch 2 system with navigation is optional, while the instrument cluster features a 4.2-inch MID display with updated software. Seven airbags and Vehicle Stability Control (VSC) are standard on all variants, which was previously exclusive to the 2.0V variant.
