2017 Bajaj Pulsar 200NS walkaround video emerges ahead of its launch

The Bajaj Pulsar 200NS competes against the TVS Apache RTR 200 and recently launched Yamaha FZ25.

The Bajaj Pulsar 200NS was first introduced back in 2012. The bike is set to be relaunched after it was stopped in 2015 with three new colour option which includes White, Red and Black.

Now, the bike has been spotted in a new YouTube video by Furious Moto.

The 2017 Bajaj Pulsar 200NS will gain a few cosmetic changes which include new stickers on the tank extensions. The bike is suspended over twin telescopic shocks up front and a nitrox based mono shock in the rear with preset adjustments. Brakes include discs all around. However, none of the units spotted so far get an ABS ring.

The engine is the same 199.5 cc 4 valve, liquid cooled single cylinder mill which has been derived from the KTM Duke 200. The engine is capable of producing 23.52 PS of maximum power at 9,500 rpm and 18.3 Nm of peak torque at 8,000 rpm. It may remain a carburetted version, unlike the European version which gets fuel injection.

The Bajaj Pulsar 200NS has 17-inch wheels with 110/80 specifications up front and 130/70 specifications in the rear. It gets a 12-litre fuel tank and weighs 151 kg in BSIII version. The BSIV version is expected to be slightly heavier.
