2017 Toyota Corolla (facelift) new details and images surface
Will be unveiled in the end of June 2016 in Turkey.
Toyota has dropped a new gallery of images featuring the 2017 Toyota Corolla (facelift), ahead of its unveil in Turkey in the end of June 2016.
Courtesy of the facelift, the new Toyota Corolla has a more aggressive and contemporary front-end than before, which comprises of new LED headlamps with daytime running light strips. The upper grille is smaller while the lower radiator grille has been widened, and includes round foglamps. The rear-end features new LED clusters for taillamps and a thinner chrome garnish.
Inside, the design of the dashboard is similar to that of the outgoing model. Toyota claims to have improved the quality of materials and upholstery inside. The HVAC controls have been re-designed for a simpler look with better lighting, while the side-most HVAC vents are now round in shape.

The center console houses a new Toyota Touch 2 system with navigation as standard, and the instrument cluster features a 4.2 inch MID display with updated software.
Toyota claims that improvements have been made to the suspension to improve the ride quality with a softer damper setting as well as new spring design and spring rates. The electric power steering has also been refined to offer sharper turn-in as well as offer feedback from the road. General improvements have also been made to the cabin insulation for a quieter driving experience.
