The 2018 version features new alloy wheels and a new instrument cluster.

The 2018 Triumph Speed Triple looks quite identical to the recently updated Speed Triple R & S sold in the international markets. MCN reports that the bike features a new TFT instrument cluster, akin to the 2017 Street Triple. Triumph has replaced the 10-spoke Y-shaped alloy wheels with new five-spoke ones.

The bodywork around the tank and the radiator design seem to be the same as the current bike. The engine head features grey finish instead of black on the current bike, suggesting that the mill may be reworked. The bike lacks an engine cowl. The black exhausts seem to be new and come with a redesigned head shield in the brushed metal finish. The website reports that the bike has an entirely different exhaust note and may have a higher rev limit. As per the sources, the British bike maker does not have plans to showcase the bike at this year’s EICMA in November.
