2019 Suzuki Gixxer SF (155) launched in India, priced at INR 1,09,870

Along with the Gixxer SF 250, Suzuki has launched the updated, 2019 Gixxer SF (155) in India. The 2019 Suzuki Gixxer SF (155) has been priced at INR 1,09,870 (ex-showroom Delhi).

The updated Suzuki Gixxer SF (155) gets a revised fascia with a full LED headlight. The styling is nearly identical to that of the quarter-litre Gixxer.

The Suzuki Gixxer SF (155) gets a massive visual overhaul for MY2019. The motorcycle has received a full-LED headlight that looks similar to that of the Suzuki Gixxer SF 250.

The cockpit, too, has undergone some serious changes. The 2019 Suzuki Gixxer SF (155) features a revised instrument console. A white backlit display has replaced the orange colour from its predecessor, while the shift indicator has been repositioned to sit on the top. To the left side of the screen is a gear indicator, while the right side holds the speedometer. The upper of the screen is reserved by a tachometer. The odometer, trip meters and the clock occupy the lower part of the display.

The ergonomics, too, have been revised. The 2019 Gixxer SF uses clip-on style handlebars to perform the steering duties. Its predecessor, for reference, shared a single-piece handlebar with the naked roadster variant.

The sporty looks have been enhanced with a split-seat setup. The tail section has styling tweaks with a new panel and split-style pillion grab rails. The blinkers are conventional units, and they feature a clear cover design with orange bulbs. The 2019 model comes with a pair of reflectors that sit next to the number plate at the back.

However, not all bits on the 2019 model are brand new. The twin-outlet exhaust with a chrome tip and heat shield as well as the alloy wheels are of the same design as on the old model. The suspension setup is also the same - conventional telescopic front forks and a monoshock at the back.
