The Jawa 350 Special, launched last month in Europe, is a modern cafe racer that gets a tear-drop fuel tank, a cafe racer fairing and a single seat.

Back in November 2017, Mahindra confirmed that the first Jawa motorcycle would launch in India before March 2019. The company will focus only on premium motorcycles under the Jawa brand. The company will make the bikes available through a dedicated Jawa dealership network. A report from March 2018 stated that Mahindra would use the Mojo’s 300cc engine on the relaunched Jawa motorcycles. However, Mahindra is yet to comment about engine details.

That said, in May 2018, the Czech company revealed the new 2018 Jawa 350 Special café racer for the European countries. The company unveiled the 350 Special café racer in celebration of Jawa’s racing history from the 1960’s. The bike employs a 397 cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled, fuel-injected mill that produces 27 bhp at 6,500 rpm and 30 Nm at 6,000 rpm. This engine works in tandem with a 5-speed transmission. The motorcycle weighs at 160 kg and has a top speed of 128 kph.

The company also has the Jawa 350 OHC retro street bike, which was launched in May 2017 in Europe. It shares the same 397 cc single-cylinder engine with the 350 Special. Both bikes feature dual-port exhaust system. Both the Jawa bikes get disc brakes at the front and rear along with single-channel ABS as standard.
