Indonesia Live - Audi S3
The A3's sportier cousin is not offered in India.
Garuda Mataram Motors, the official local distributor of Audi, has launched the Audi S3 in the sedan configuration at the Indonesian International Motor Show 2014 (IIMS 2014).
This is one of the four models that GMM will be presenting at the auto show.
The Audi S3 is one of Audi's compact offerings that comes in both sedan and hatchback configuration. It measures at an overall length of 4,460 mm, overall width of 1,800 mm, an overall height of 1,404 mm, and a ground clearance of 139 mm.
It is powered by a 2.0-liter TFSI engine that produces 300 hp between 5,400-6,200 rpm, and 380 Nm of torque at 1,900 rpm. It is coupled to an S-Tronic 6-speed automatic transmission that helps move the car from 0-100 km/h in 4.9 seconds, before hitting a top speed of 250 km/h.
The car is priced at IDR 1,050 Million (INR 53.08 lakhs) on-road in Indonesia.
