After revealing the digital renders, Autologue Design has shared the images of the Xplorer kit equipped KTM 390 Duke. The bolt-on kit is designed for the KTM 125, 200 and 390 (previous generation) Duke series motorcycles and is aimed at enhancing the touring capabilities of the Austrian naked roadsters. The Pune-based brand would soon offer a similar kit for the new generation 390 Duke, 250 Duke and the Bajaj Dominar 400.

The Autologue Xplorer kit for the KTM Duke series brings a semi-fairing design and a visor to the Austrian naked roadster. The full kit would cost you INR 20,500.

The Xplorer kit brings several body panels for the KTM Duke series to enhance the windblast protection and offer better comfort on the highways. The custom body kit introduces a semi-fairing design to the naked roadster and comes with a tall windscreen to push the wind away from the rider while cruising at highway speeds. The kit also includes a visor relocation bracket, front nose, tank cover and fork covers. The rear panels receive a mild revision too, to match the semi-fairing design.

The stock 17-inch wheels have been retained, but they now come shod in dual-purpose tyres that should give the motorcycle relatively better off-road prowess. A 19-inch front wheel would have made it more off-road focused.

Ergonomics have received a mild revision for an upright riding stance. The tall set handlebar is aimed to offer better comfort during long rides and while standing on the footrests on the rough terrain. The updated design could be clubbed with a mechanical upgrade via experts who have collaborated with Autologue Designs. The full body kit could be purchased for INR 20,500 while individual parts would cost:

  • Fairing kit, tank extension with visor and bracket for relocation - INR 13,500
  • Tail panels - INR 3,000
  • Bash plate / belly - INR 4,000

The first Xplorer Kit for the KTM Duke series would be auctioned to raise funds for  Yuvraj Singh’s cancer foundation Youwecan.

The custom kit would be a neat addition for Duke 390 owners who do not plan to upgrade to the upcoming 390 Adventure. The entry-level adventure motorcycle from KTM would come with a 19-inch front wheel that would be targeted to offer a balance between on- and off-road riding.
