20,000 units of Bajaj Pulsar 150NS exported to 8 countries - Report
Shipped as CKD and SKD kits depending on the market.
Rakesh Sharma, President, International Business, Bajaj Auto has revealed to Autocar Professional that the company has been exporting the Bajaj Pulsar 150NS since late last year. The model that is yet to launch in India is being exported to eight countries worldwide and 20,000 units have already been shipped. To some of those nations where Bajaj has setup assembly units, the Pulsar 150NS is sent as CKD kits and to the remaining in SKD form.
Eric Vas, President, Motorcycle Business at Bajaj Auto, mentioned that the export markets of the Pulsar 150NS include Colombia and some other Latin American markets. The publication reports that Thailand, Turkey, Peru, Ecuador, Finland, Mexico and the United States are some countries that are receiving the motorcycle. It is reported that Colombia is the biggest market for the Bajaj Pulsar 150NS. Mr. Vas has mentioned that the company has not decided when to launch the Pulsar 150NS in India.

The Bajaj Pulsar 150NS is powered by the 149.5 cc air-cooled single-cylinder DTSi engine with Triple-Spark technology that is mated to a five-speed gearbox. The motor produces 17 hp and 12.9 Nm. The model borrows several features from the Pulsar 200NS like the fuel tank design, speedometer console and the monoshock.
