Bajaj Pulsar AS150 to be discontinued - Report
The Bajaj Pulsar brand has been offering affordable performance since 2001.
It is a very well known fact that Bajaj axes models from its line-up faster than anyone else. A report in BikeAdvice reveals that Bajaj will be discontinuing the Bajaj Pulsar AS150. The bike, called as an adventure sport by Bajaj, was launched alongside the Pulsar AS200 in 2015.
The Bajaj Pulsar 200NS had also been discontinued in 2015 to give more mileage to the RS200 and AS200. When both these models did not provide it with the desired results, the 200NS was re-introduced.

The report, without providing specifics, adds that while Bajaj has axed the AS lineup of motorcycles, this will not be the last time we hear about the adventure brand.
The Bajaj Pulsar AS150 is powered by a 149.5 cc air cooled, twin spark, DTS-i mill which is capable of producing 17 PS of maximum power at 9,500 rpm and 13 Nm of peak torque at 7,000 rpm. The bike gets drum brakes in the rear, projector headlamp and perimeter frame.
The Bajaj Pulsar AS150 had a price tag of INR 81,230 (ex-showroom, Delhi). Bajaj now retails the new BSIV compliant Pulsar 150 at INR 74,603 (ex-showroom, Delhi).
