Expected to cost INR 1.8 lakhs.

The upcoming Bajaj Pulsar CS400 has been spied showing clearly its headlamps and taillights. As far as we can see from the images from Rushlane, the test mule's lights carries large similarities to the concept which debuted at the Auto Expo 2014.

The Bajaj Pulsar CS400 is identical in design to the concept bike showcased at Auto Expo 2014.

At the centre of the headlamp cluster is what looks to be a two-part halogen lamp. Running along the sides are LED lamps, just like in the concept at the Auto Expo 2014. At the rear is a now-familiar twin parallel-serrated taillight cluster.

Confirmed to be launched in Q3 2016, i.e. anytime between July and September this year, the Bajaj Pulsar CS400 is expected to be priced at INR 1.8 lakhs. The bike will likely be powered by the same engine that the KTM Duke 390 uses, a 373.2cc liquid-cooled single-cylinder engine producing 32 kW (44 hp) and 35 Nm of torque. The bike also gets disc brakes at both ends, with the front sporting a telescopic suspension and the rear a monoshock setup.

The most powerful Pulsar ever made will be equipped with dual-channel ABS, plenty of aluminium/alloy bits and a digital instrument cluster. It remains to be seen if Bajaj equips the CS400 with the ride-by-wire technology though.
