The Bajaj Pulsar CS400 was reported to be offered with ABS as standard, however, new spyshots published by Shifting-Gears have revealed otherwise. This means that the Bajaj Pulsar CS400 will be offered in two models: non-ABS and and ABS, though it remains to be seen if two-channel ABS is offered.

The Bajaj Pulsar CS400 will be entering production after over two and a half years since its debut at Auto Expo 2014. It was reported last month that Mr. Rajiv Bajaj, CEO, Bajaj Auto confirmed that the Bajaj Pulsar CS400 will be launched this month.

Regular appearance of test mules in spy media as well as a leaked image have confirmed that the production Bajaj Pulsar CS400 won't change much in appearance from the concept version. Bajaj Auto has swapped the concept version's upside-down forks with conventional telescopic forks in the production version, though.

The Bajaj Pulsar CS400 will be powered by a modified version of the KTM Duke 390's 373.2 cc loquid-cooled single-cylinder engine.

The Bajaj Pulsar CS400 will be powered by a modified version of the KTM Duke 390's 373.2 cc liquid-cooled single-cylinder engine. While there's no speak of a ride-by-wire system, spyshots have confirmed that the company has incorporated DTS-i (Digital Twin Spark Ignition) technology. The engine will be paired to a 6-speed transmission. Other known features of the production Bajaj Pulsar CS400 are monoshock rear suspension, single front and rear disc brakes and auxiliary digital display on the fuel tank.
