Benelli MotoBi-250 Patagonian Eagle spotted in India again

The Benelli MotoBi-250 Patagonian Eagle has been spied from more angles, and the pictures clicked by IAB readers Ajay Ketkar and Sachin Vibhute reveals new details about the bike.

The cruiser gets a sissy bar and dual exhausts.

The rear gets a chopped fender with bulb-type indicators mounted on each side. The tail light is mounted right behind the pillion seat, on top of the fender. It misses out on LED.

The pillion seat also has a seat-strap to hold on and comes with a sissy bar with cushioned backrest. Coming to the front portion, the bike uses traditional round headlamp and the oval shaped rear view mirrors which could give a wide angle view.

The bike gets twin slash-cut exhaust which comes from the parallel twin 251.8cc 2-valve engine with liquid cooling. The powerplant churns out 17.4 bhp of power at 8,000 rpm and 16.5 Nm of torque at 6,000 rpm. The engine works in tandem with a 5-speed transmission, and a chain final drive.

The bike features a classic headlamp design. The peanut tank capacity stands at 14 litres.

The peanut tank can hold 14 litres of juice and the dry weight of the bike stands at 145 kg. The front traditional forks offer 120 mm of travel. The rear twin oil-damped coil springs are capable of offering 70 mm of travel. The Benelli MotoBi-250 Patagonian Eagle is currently on sale in Indonesia for Rp 35,600,000 (INR 1.7 lakh) on road. Expect DSK Benelli to price the bike competitively when it launches in India.
