Benelli is expected to launch the TNT 25 around Diwali, which is in November. The bike will almost certainly be available through the CKD route which DSK-Benelli uses for a good part of their offerings.

Pricing will likely be higher than the KTM Duke 200 which is manufactured locally. Once launched, the Benelli TNT 25 will be in direct competition with the Honda CBR250R and the upcoming Hero HX250R.
