Breaking - BMW X6 facelift launched, all yours for 78.9 lakhs
BMW India has just unveiled the updated X6 at the launch of a new dealership in Faridabad. The ex-showroom prices have also been announced.
- BMW X6 xDrive50i: 93.40 lakhs
- BMW X6 xDrive40d: 78.90 lakhs
The changes to the BMW X6 include a new kidney-grille with three-dimensional chrome frames and angled slats, repositioned fog lights and new LED tail lamps. On request, the bonnet is fitted with a powerdome.
The X6 facelift's interior is upholstered in Nevada leather, available in a choice of Beige, Black, Oyster/Black, Saddle Brown/Black and Vermillion Red/Black combinations.
Besides the non-metallic Alpine White, the X6 can be had in the following paint work options - Black Sapphire, Deep Sea Blue, Marrakesh Brown, Midnight Blue, Space Grey, Orion Silver, Titanium Silver and Vermillion Red.
The engine lineup is led by the eight-cylinder petrol engine on the BMW X6 xDrive50i featuring an output of 407 hp and a maximum torque of 600 Nm at 1,750 - 4,500 rpm. 0 - 100 km/hr is reached in 5.4 seconds, and it accelerates on to a top speed of 240 km/hr.
The second option is the six-cylinder diesel on the BMW X6 xDrive40d that delivers an output 306 hp and a maximum torque of 600 Nm at 1,500 - 2,500 rpm. It accelerates from 0 - 100 km/hr in 6.5 seconds on to a top speed of 236 km/hr.
Both engines are paired to an eight-speed automatic transmission.
BMW offers two exclusive packages - Innovation and Luxury - for the customer desiring extra equipment or individuality. The Innovation Package contains Adaptive Full-LED Headlights, Head-up Display and Apps while the Luxury Package enhances comfort with Comfort Seats with Lumbar Support, Seat Ventilation and Seat Heating.
