Bookings open for the 2017 Honda City (Facelift) in Malaysia
Will feature keyless entry, push-button start and Vehicle Stability Assist as standard.
Following its sighting more than a week ago, Honda Malaysia is now accepting orders for the 2017 Honda City (facelift), ahead of its market launch in the coming days. It is the second Asian market to receive the facelifted City, following Thailand.
As highlighted by the infographic, the 2017 Honda City features redesigned LED headlamps flanking a bolder chrome grille inspired by the Honda Civic, sportier front bumper design with fog lamps, 16-inch diamond cut alloy rims (15-inch alloy rims in the middle grades) and a reprofiled rear bumper. Exclusive to the Malaysia-spec City are ducktail spoiler with integrated third brake light and LED-powered taillights.
Inside, the new Honda City continues with an all-black interior contrasted by gun-metal trim on the dashboard and door cards. Like the facelifted Thai-spec City, it could also get new fabric upholstery, and LED-powered cabin lights. The new City will get a keyless entry with push-button start, and Vehicle Stability Assist as standard across the range, while the City V grade comes with a multi-angle reverse camera and six airbags.
