PT General Motors Indonesia has brought two special editions of our interest to the 2014 Indonesia International Motor Show (IIMS 2014).
Chevrolet Captiva special edition
Based on the recently launched Captiva in the top-spec LTZ trim, the special edition gets a cream exterior with orange mirror caps, door handles, rear spoiler and wheel striping. The bumpers and door cladding are in black.
The car's exterior theme has rubbed off on the interior with the seats getting orange leather and a black dashboard.
Mechanically the car is the same as the stock variant sporting a 2.0-liter four-cylinder diesel engine that develops 163 bhp of power and 360 Nm of torque.
Chevrolet Aveo Manchester United Edition
The special edition has no interior or technical changes. The novelty is the Manchester United emblem on the front and back, and a splash of red on the doors. The Aveo is sold in Indonesia with a 1.4-liter engine, paired either to a five-speed manual or a six-speed automatic gearbox.
