The Trailblazer is expected to launch in India in the third- or fourth-quarter this year. GM India is keen on launching the 2016 model year version of the SUV, however, the Rayong plant is presently making the 2015 model year of the Trailblazer. For the Indian market, the Trailblazer will be powered by a 2.8-liter four-cylinder Duramax diesel engine capable of 200 hp and 500 Nm of torque, paired to a 6-speed automatic transmission. Both, 2WD and 4WD variants are expected to be introduced in India.
