Changhe Q35

The Changhe Q35 had its official debut at Auto China 2016 (2016 Beijing Motor Show) held last month. The Changhe Q35 measures 4,286 mm in length, 1,815 mm in width and 1,665 mm in height, and has a wheelbase of 2,560 mm. It's powered by a 1.5-litre four-cylinder petrol engine that produces 116 hp and 148 Nm of torque.

FAW Junpai A70

The FAW Junpai A70 had its official debut at Auto China 2016 (2016 Beijing Motor Show) and should go on sale later this year. It's expected to be offered with a 1.6-litre naturally aspirated engine and a 5-speed manual transmission. There will be an electric variant named FAW Junpai A70E as well, with a driving range of 180 km.

FAW Besturn B50

The new FAW Besturn B50 will be launched in August. It will have a sporty RS variant also. The standard variant will be powered by a 1.6-litre engine, while the RS variant will sport a Volkswagen-sourced 1.4-litre turbocharged that produces 136 hp and 220 Nm of torque.

FAW Xenia R7

The FAW Xenia R7 measures 4,305 mm in length, 1,780 mm in width and 1,655 mm in height, and has a wheelbase of 2,600 mm. It entered production just weeks before Auto China 2016 (2016 Beijing Motor Show) opened, and is powered by the CA4GB16 1.6-litre petrol engine that produces 85 kW (113.94 hp) and 155 Nm of torque.

Buick LaCrosse Hybrid

The Buick LaCrosse Hybrid had its world debut at Auto China 2016 (2016 Beijing Motor Show). The LaCrosse Hybrid features a 1.8-litre SIDI engine paired with a CVT and a 1.5-kWh high-performance lithium battery unit. It can reach 0-100 km/h in 8.9 seconds and has a fuel consumption rating of 4.7 L/100 km (21.28 km/l).

Baojun 310

The SAIC-GM-Wuling joint venture's Baojun 310 also had its official debut at the international motor show held in Beijing last month. The Baojun 310 is based on an independently developed platform from the JV. It's powered by a 1.2-litre P-TEC engine that produces 60.3 kW (80.83 hp) and 116 Nm of torque, which is mated to a 5-speed manual transmission. GM has stated a fuel consumption rating of 5.3 L/100 km (18.87 km/l) for the new hatchback.
