While the previous generation Citroen C3 Aircross for Latin America had strong MPV design lines, the Citroen C3 Aircross is completely revamped to look like a crossover. The 2017 Citroen C3 Aircross measures 4.08 metres in length, 1.77 metres (2.05 metres with ORVMs) in width and 1.63 metres (1.67 metres with roof rails) in height, and has a wheelbase of 2.54 metres. The B-Segment vehicle has a boot space of 410 litres and a maximum luggage space of 1,289 litres.
The 2017 Citroen C3 Aircross will sell in PureTech 110 petrol, PureTech 130 petrol, HDi 90 diesel, BlueHDi 100 diesel and BlueHDi120 diesel engine models. Complete specifications aren't out, but Citroen has confirmed it will offer engines with 5-speed manual, 6-speed manual and 6-speed EAT6 automatic transmissions.
LED daytime running lights, 17-inch diamond-effect wheel, rear quarterlights with “Venetian blind” print, 3D-effect rear lights, skid plates (front and rear), fully panoramic glass sunroof with a sun blind and LED light guide, 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Citroen Connect Nav 3D navigation system featuring TomTom Traffic and voice recognition, Apple CarPlay, Android Auto and MirrorLink, and (Qi) wireless charging for smartphones sum up the features of the C3 Aircross.
Citroen has equipped the mini-SUV with a number of driver assistance and safety systems such as colour head-up display, automatic high-beam lights, Active Safety Brake function, speed limit recognition system with recommendations, Lane Departure Warning System, Blind Spot Monitoring System and Coffee Break Alert.
