The redi-GO is the third model in Datsun India's product range.

The styling draws heavy cues from the redi-GO concept car, which is influenced by the YUKAN design language. The exterior is characterized by the familiar hexagonal grille, sleek headlamps, separate LED DRLs on the bumper, 185 mm ground clearance, while the rear-end features vertical taillamps, contoured tailgate and separate reflectors on the lower bumper. The redi-GO will be marketed as an urban crossover.

Inside, Datsun hasn't revealed any specific details, but claims that the redi-GO will offer best-in-class kneeroom, spacious rear seat, and best-in-class visibility. The design adopts a driver-focused approach with round HVAC vents, three-spoke steering wheel, tall gear lever and front power window controls on the floor console.

Like its bigger siblings, it adopts a full beige dashboard with black plastic center console, while the fabric seats are finished in brown and beige dual tone colors.

The redi-GO packs a 0.8-litre three-cylinder petrol engine paired to a 5-speed manual transmission. The company promises best-in-class fuel mileage for a compact petrol hatchback. Power and torque outputs are yet to be revealed.
