IAB Report - Fiat 500 Ribelle and 500L Urbana Trekking announced

Showcased at the Miami Auto Show.

Joining the plethora of special edition models based on the 500 series are the Fiat 500 Ribelle and 500L Urbana Trekking that are being showcased at the 2014 Miami Auto Show (November 7-16).

Fiat 500 Ribelle

The Fiat 500 Ribelle gets a red contrast roof among several other cosmetic upgrades.

It is based on the standard 500 hatchback, but features a Rosso finished roof, spoiler and mirror caps, as well as gloss black headlights, taillight bezels and rims with red accents. Customers can only spec their 500 Ribelle with the following colors: Bianco (white), Billet Argento (silver), Grigio (gray) and Nero Puro (Black).

The interior of the 500 Ribelle also receives a special treatment in the form of a two-tone color combination of either gray/red or gray/black. The Fiat 500 Ribelle will come with a price tag of USD 18,425 (INR 11.35 Lakh) including destination charges. It will be available for sale from December 2014.

Fiat 500L Urbana Trekking

The 500L Urbana Trekking is also a mere cosmetic exercise.

The Fiat 500L Urbana Trekking adds a dynamic character to the standard 500L Trekking. It features matte black mirror caps and bumpers, deeper side sills and 17-inch alloy rims finished in matte black. Fiat has also added satin chrome door handles and taillight surrounds.

Keeping a Nero (black) roof color, the 500L Urbana Trekking can be specced in either Verde Bosco Perla (green pearl), Rosso Perla (red), Giallo (yellow), Bianco (white), Grigio Scuro (metallic gray) and Blue Tornado. Inside, it comes with a black leather wrapped steering wheel, leatherette door bolsters and fabric seats. The Fiat 500L Urbana Trekking can be yours for USD 23,645 (INR 14.57 Lakh) and will be available during Q1 2015.
