Ford EcoSport Platinum Edition showcased at APS 2017
Update - Ford India has unveiled the Ford EcoSport Platinum Edition at the Autocar Performance Show 2017. This could be the last update to the EcoSport before the fully facelifted model appears later this year.

Ford India brings new features to the EcoSport Platinum Edition.
Ford India today announced the Ford EcoSport Platinum Edition with an 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system with satellite navigation and rear view camera.
The 'edition' hints that the car may be a limited run model. It features a dual tone look with a black roof, 17-inch new alloy wheels with wider tires, and appliques on the front and rear bumper.
In the features department, the EcoSport gets cruise control, and the 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system that allows users to control music and video playback, features Satellite Navigation system, as well as a rearview camera. Six airbags are standard on the Platinum edition.
The EcoSport Platinum comes in two powertrains - the 1.5L diesel engine with 100 PS (73.8 kW) and 22.27 km/l mileage and the 1.0L EcoBoost petrol engine that delivers 125 PS of power and a fuel efficiency of 18.88 km/l.
The EcoSport Platinum Edition is priced at INR 10.39 lakh (Ex-Showroom, Delhi) for petrol variant while INR 10.69 lakh (Ex-Showroom, Delhi) for the diesel engine variant.
