The automaker has appointed Eminent Auto Parts as its exclusive distributor for Delhi. The move allows the customers to get their Ford cars repaired at any preferred multi-brand workshop or their trusted mechanics.

The company has announced that it will appoint similar distributors in Karnataka, Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, Kerala and East of India but has not give a timeframe. For customers preferring to use the authorized service centres, Ford has introduced new budget scheduled service scheme called 'Happy Pockets' which starts at INR 2,199.
