Geneva Live - Chevrolet Captiva facelift unveiled

Today, General Motors has unveiled the facelifted version of the Captiva SUV.

The soft roader SUV has got some nip and tuck to its exterior as well as interior. Up front, the facelifted Captiva dons a bumper which is a little lower than before and there is a new mesh for the grill. The shape of the fog lamps has also been restyled.

The rear of the car sports the most of the exterior changes. The tail lamp cluster retains the shape but its elements have been revised and now adopts LEDs. The bumper is slightly remodeled and looks more sculpted than before. Biggest change to the rear however is the shape of the exhaust finishers which are angular unlike the previous car's circular units.

The profile of the car stays untouched and the new 18" alloy wheels lift up the aesthetics by a notch. The interior layout of the car is largely the same save for the redone instrument cluster.

The seats now get fabric and color options. The higher end variants can be specified with leather seats. The Captiva now gets a dual zone climate control, heater rear seats and ambient lighting package. The high end versions also will come with keyless entry and start feature.
