Honda BR-V's 7-seat interior revealed in presentation - Report
Unveiled at the 2015 GIIAS.
At the 2015 Gaikindo Indonesia International Auto Show, Honda finally took the wraps off the 7-seater Honda BR-V crossover. Following the reveal of the exterior design and features, the company also gave a glimpse of the interior design and 7-seat arrangement in the Honda BR-V.
Based on a set of sketches in the presentation slide, the interior design looks largely similar to the latest Honda City and Honda Jazz, as seen in the center console, steering wheel, instrument cluster and HVAC vents designs.
Honda claims that the BR-V “features the combination of an SUV appearance and handling, and great utility and the spacious cabin of an MPV”. Speaking on the latter, they have also depicted the 7-seat arrangement as well as the amount of space available to each occupant. Apparently in the third row, the BR-V offers the best legroom in its class.

Under the hood, the BR-V is powered by a 1.5-liter i-VTEC engine paired to a “new” 6-speed manual transmission or a continuously variable transmission (CVT), with focus on driving performance and fuel economy.
Prices for the Honda BR-V in Indonesia range between Rp. 230 million and Rp. 265 million (INR 10.83 lakhs and INR 12.48 lakhs), and is expected to arrive in showrooms from early next year.
