Honda CB300R gets Akrapovic carbon-fibre exhaust

Aftermarket performance exhaust manufacturer, Akrapovic has introduced a new slip-on carbon-fibre muffler for the Honda CB300R. The CB300R is sold out in India for the next three months.

The Akrapovic carbon-fibre exhaust for the Honda CB300R is currently available in the US market. It is unlikely to be introduced in India.

The performance exhaust from Akrapovic is currently only available in the US market, priced at a whopping USD 516.46 (approx. INR 37,000).

Due to the environmental regulations, the Akrapovic carbon-fibre exhaust is only allowed for track usage. Furthermore, Akrapovic claims that the slip-on muffler is 68.1 per cent lighter as compared to the stock exhaust. The exhaust features carbon-fibre end-can and muffler. The exhaust is throaty, bass-heavy and aggressive.
