Honda Grazia vs Suzuki Access 125 - Spec Comparison

The 125cc scooter segment just got zingier, with the latest addition of the Honda Grazia. Its prime competitor is the Suzuki Access 125 in the price segment.

The accessory grille in the Grazia looks out of place, but serves the purpose of protecting the bodywork.

The Honda Grazia has a sporty design language when compared to the relatively conservative lines of the Access 125. Honda is targeting young riders who are looking for a sporty 125cc scooter that is not as expensive as the Vespa range. Let’s see how the Grazia and the Access fare against each other on paper.

The Grazia has slightly more power than the Access, and has an ABS plastic body. The Access on the other hand has a steel body and still manages to weigh 5 kilos less than the Grazia. The fuel tank is 0.3 litre bigger as well. The price difference between the two is INR 2,339 (alloy, disc variants). For that extra money, the Grazia offers a fresh new design that would appeal the youth.

The chrome ring on the headlamp gives the scooter a classic look.

The LED headlamps in the Grazia not only look cool, but is also helpful while riding at night. The digital instrument cluster has a novel Eco Speed indicator, which pretty much serves the same purpose as the economy speed range highlight in an analogue speedometer. The Access however, gets more informative features like twin trip meter and oil change indicator.
