Honda Navi tallies 0 units in March 2018 - Report
According to a report from GaadiWaadi, the Honda Navi has recorded zero sales in the month of March 2018, giving rise to speculation about its uncertain future in the Indian market.
The Japanese company launched the Honda Navi at the 2016 Auto Expo in February. In its first year, it sold nearly 50,000 units; and in January 2017, the brand introduced Navi Adventure and Chrome edition. However, the sales fizzled out in the following months, and it dropped to just 284 units in April 2017.

The Navi’s 109.19 cc single cylinder mill with air cooling is good for 7.94 PS at 7,000 rpm, and 8.96 Nm at 5,500 rpm. The engine pairs with a V-matic transmission, with the help of which it can reach a claimed top speed of 81 kmph. The underbone type frame rides on telescopic front fork and a single rear shock absorber. Brakes include 130 mm drum on both ends.
The Navi has a sprightly handling, thanks to its low kerb weight of 101 kg. The small fuel tank can hold only 3.8 litres of juice. The Navi was one-of-a-kind vehicle designed and produced in the country, and has no natural rivals in its segment. As per the website, the Navi costs INR 41,849, ex-showroom, Delhi.
