The Honda Neo Sports Cafe follows a retro-modern design with a minimalistic approach. The motorcycle sports a metallic red finish with silver accents on the tank, rear sub-frame and alloy wheels. Its tank cowl features brushed metal finish and so does the fuel injector cover. The round headlamp is an LED unit, and the LED tail light is housed just below the seat. Indicators are absent in this concept model. The tank extensions feature mesh intakes, and the upswept four-to-one exhaust comes with a mesh covering as well. The instrumentation is all-digital.

The motorcycle employs an inline four-cylinder engine with liquid cooling and fuel injection. Power figures aren’t divulged as of now. The six-speed transmission unit is closer to the centre for better mass centralisation. The rear wheel is mounted on a single-sided swingarm. Suspension components include telescopic fork at the front and a rear monoshock. The motorcycle comes to a halt using twin discs with radial callipers at the front and a single disc at the rear.
