Changes could be limited to cosmetic updates.

Motor Vikatan has acquired spyshots of a Hyundai Grand i10 test mule, featuring camouflage cladding on the front-end, side and rear-end, suggesting that a major facelift is in the pipeline.

A slightly revised grille and bumpers are expected to take shape on the Grand i10 facelift.

The facelift comes nearly three years after the Hyundai Grand i10 was launched in India. The changes to the exterior will also be shared with its sedan sibling - the Hyundai Xcent - in the near future. A slightly revised grille and bumpers are expected to take shape on the Grand i10 facelift. The test mule is riding on new alloy rims with a diamond-cut finish.

Changes to the inside could also be limited to minor cosmetic and trim updates. With the rising preference for a touchscreen system in entry-level hatchbacks, Hyundai could offer one as an option in the range-topping grade.

As for mechanical updates, the facelifted Hyundai Grand i10 is likely to carryover the existing 1.2L four-cylinder petrol and 1.1L three-cylinder diesel engines from the current model. Transmission options include a 5-speed manual for both variants, while a 4-speed automatic is exclusive to the 1.2 petrol.
