• Petrol gets a 5-speed manual transmission while the diesel gets a 6-speed manual transmission.
• Interesting Fact: India hosted the world debut of the new i20 Active today, and of the second gen i20 in August 2014
• While the engines and outputs are carried over from the Elite i20, their low- and mid-range torque delivery has been improved by 6 percent in case of petrol and 11 percent for the diesel.
