The grade-wise feature list of the Hyundai Venue has leaked online, courtesy team-BHP forum member kubectl. India will be the first market worldwide to get the sub-4 metre SUV when the launch takes place on the 21st of this month.
Hyundai Venue buyers have three engine options: 120 PS/172 Nm 1.0L turbocharged petrol (with 6-speed MT/7-speed DCT), 83 PS/115 Nm 1.2L N/A petrol (with 5-speed MT) and 90 PS/220 Nm 1.4L turbocharged diesel (with 6-speed MT). The sub-compact SUV is available in E, S, SX, SX Dual Tone, SX+ and SX (O) grades.
The E trim's key features include rear parking sensors, dual airbags, body-coloured bumpers and outside door handles, waistline moulding, tilt steering and power windows (front). The fact that it's the entry-level grade will be quite noticeable.
For more styling, safety, comfort and convenience features, you will need to upgrade to the S trim. This grade gets you features like keyless entry, electrically adjustable ORVMs, dark chrome radiator grille, roof rails, rear AC vents, power windows (front & rear) with driver-side auto up-down function, double-DIN audio system with Bluetooth and USB, four speakers and two tweeters, full-cloth seat covers and fixed centre console armrest. On specifying the 1.0L engine with the 7-speed transmission, ESC, VSM/HAC, BAS and supervision cluster with Rheostat are also added to the list.
Features like projector headlamps, LED positioning lamps, projector fog lamps, rear camera, automatic climate control, height adjustable driver seat, cruise control, electric sunroof, wireless charger, 8-inch HD touchscreen infotainment screen with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto and leather gear knob and steering wheel are available in the SX trim. Specifying the SUV in a dual-tone paint scheme adds leather seats to the SX grade's equipment list.
The SX+ grade is differentiated from the lower grades with features like wireless charger, navigation, Arkamys sound system, passive keyless entry with push-button start, air purifier and more. The SX (O) grade adds chrome door handles, sliding centre armrest, 60:40 split rear seats, rear wiper and washer, rear-seat armrest with cup holder, six airbags and more.
