Production confirmed for 2016.

The Infiniti QX30 concept car has been revealed on the eve of its public premiere at the 2015 Geneva Motor Show tomorrow. The car will be a pathway for Infiniti into the global premium compact segment, and is a "stylish alternative to the existing offer in this segment.”

The car supports the company's ambition to grow in China and Europe while expanding its lineup in established markets like the United States.

The company said it has a definite and clear intent for production. While the Q30 hatchback, which was previewed as a concept at Frankfurt 2013, will be made in the UK this year, the QX30 will be launched next year.
