INR 3.71 crore Lamborghini Huracan Avio spotted in Kolkata

Has a matte khaki green exterior contrasted by orange elements.

The first Lamborghini Huracan Avio has been snapped on the streets of Kolkata by Shubham Bubna, nearly six months after it was launched in India at INR 3.71 crore (ex-showroom Delhi), a price that can significantly increase as more expensive options are added.

The Huracan Avio is finished in matte khaki green exterior colour contrasted by orange strips across the top, orange ORVMs, orange front lip, orange brake callipers and an orange decal across the profile. Interestingly, the owner has opted for silver finish for the standard 20-inch GIANO alloy wheels, rather than the Nero or Titanio (dark colours) for the rims. The Avio edition has L-63 decal on the front doors, for which 'L' stands for Lamborghini and '63' is their founding year.

The interior has not been snapped, but the Avio edition gets seats upholstered with a combination of black leather and hexagonal-pattern Alcantara upholstery with contrast stitching, “L-63” embroidery on the seats and a hand-enameled plate on the driver’s side window.

Based on the Huracan LP610-4 coupe, the Avio edition is powered by the same 5.2-liter V10 engine that develops 610 PS (601.4 bhp) and 560 Nm of torque. A 7-speed dual-clutch gearbox sends power to the wheels via an AWD system. It can sprint from 0-100 km/h in 3.2 seconds and 0-200 km/h in 9.9 seconds, before hitting a top speed of 325 km/h, befitting of the air-force inspired exterior.

In the Indian market, Lamborghini is expected to clock double-digit growth in 2017, which isn't surprising given that the Huracan is one of the best-selling supercars in the country.
