There is no confirmation about the neon graphics arriving on the India spec models. However, Bajaj can introduce the new graphics scheme as a last hurrah before an all-new Pulsar range arrives with the implementation of the BS-VI norms.
The neon graphics add a subtle styling upgrade without overpowering the base colours, thus making the bike look more appealing than the standard option. The neon treatment is visible on the “Fi” badge on the fuel tank, sides of the rider seat and on the tank pad. Wheel stickers are matched with the highlights on the body.
Mechanical specifications remain standard - the neon graphics versions employ a 199.5cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled, fuel-injected engine that delivers 24.13 hp of power at 9,750 rpm and 18.6 Nm of peak torque at 8,000 rpm. The motor is paired with a six-speed gearbox.
Stopping power comes from a 280mm disc at the front and a 230mm disc at the rear. Safety net features a single-channel ABS along with Rear Lift-off Protection (RLP) – a setup that is also seen on India spec Bajaj products. Suspension department includes conventional telescopic forks at the front and a gas-charged monoshock at the rear. The motorcycle rides on MRF Nylogrip tyres.

Back home, Bajaj has introduced the neon paint scheme on the new Pulsar 180F featuring a matte grey base paint with neon orange highlights. The new Bajaj Pulsar 180F is priced at INR 86,500 (ex-showroom) - a premium of INR 1,500 over the naked variant although the motorcycle is yet to receive the safety net of ABS. The next product that is expected to arrive from Bajaj Auto’s stables is the 2019 Dominar 400 that would pack more features and power than the outgoing model.
