Jeep Renegade, Dodge Charger among most loved cars in USA for 2015 - Report
Strategic Vision, a research-based consultancy has created the Customer Love Index (CLI) based on their quantitative New Vehicle Experience Study (NVES) of more than 44,000 owners. This index represents the most-loved vehicles rated by new vehicle buyers in their respective segments.
The FCA Group that has brands like Dodge, Fiat and Jeep in its fold has five vehicles topping their respective segments in the 2015 Most Loved Vehicles in America survey by Strategic Vision. These vehicles are the Dodge Charger (Full-size car), Dodge Durango (Mid-size SUV), Jeep Renegade (Entry SUV), Fiat 500 (Micro Car) and Fiat 500e (Small Alternative Powertrain Car).
The research claims that the true advocacy and brand loyalty comes about when customers are not only satisfied, but when they truly love their experience. This new metric, according to the company, “reveals which vehicles are doing the best at creating love and shows why they can be more successful than their competition.”
