As we proceed into the 12th of June, 2013, let's look back on some of the events from this day in recent history.

June 11, 2009 - Honda Jazz is launched in India, the car's available only in petrol variants and is the highest priced hatchback in the country (leaving out the Fiat 500 as its a CBU).

June 11, 2010 - We present you with images and the company's take of the new Swift that's just hit the European markets.

June 11, 2010 - The Nissan Juke is launched in the Japanese market at a price of roughly 8.71 lakh rupees.

June 11, 2010 - Maruti Zen Estilo 'Elite' special edition launches in Maharashtra. Maruti is periodic with special editions and 9/10 special editions are born at service bays of dealerships with accessory fitments.

June 12, 2010 - 140hp Chevrolet Beat pace car is revealed.

June 11, 2012 - A Ford Figo with push-button start and keyless entry is spotted. Ford would soon begin testing the Figo facelift, but some of the features on the customer clinic cars don't make the cut in the production model.

June 11, 2012 - Third round of bookings open for the Mahindra XUV500 - Finds 7,200 takers!

June 12, 2012 - Five-door VW Up! launches in the UK.

June 12, 2012 - 4-star ANCAP rating awarded to the XUV500 in Australia making it the safest Indian car to have set foot in Australia.
