Kinetic Motoroyale to announce key partnerships along with SWM SuperDual launch - Report
CarandBike reports that Kinetic Group's Motoroyale is set to announce three new partnerships on 11 October 2018.
These announcements will be made along with the launch of the SWM SuperDual T adventure tourer. That said, apart from the SWM brand, Motoroyale will also officially announce partnerships with FB Mondial and Hyosung. While FB Mondial is an Italian brand, Hyosung is a South Korean motorcycle manufacturer.
Kinetic Motoroyale has exclusive rights to market both these brands in India as well as in some of the South Asian countries. The Italian company is expected to launch the FB Mondial HPS 300 in India, which was first showcased at the EICMA 2017 in Milan, Italy.
The FB Mondial HPS 300 is a modern-retro roadster with a design amalgamation of a café racer and a scrambler. The motorcycle will be imported in India via the CKD route and will be assembled locally at Motoroyale’s facility in Aurangabad. It uses a 249 cc, single-cylinder engine that produces 25 PS of power and a peak torque of 22 Nm, mated to a 6-speed transmission.
As for the Korean Hyosung brand, Kinetic Motoroyale will reportedly re-introduce the Hyosung GT 650 and the Hyosung Aquila Pro 650 motorcycles in the domestic market. Hyosung was earlier in partnership a with Pune-based DSK MotoWheels. However, with the latter going bankrupt, the Korean brand joined hands with Motoroyale.
