Land Rover has debuted the Discovery Sport HSE Dynamic Lux at the 2015 Frankfurt Motor Show.

On the outside there are some enhancements that make this variant stand out, such as use of Narvik Black details, body-coloured mouldings and door claddings along with 20-inch gloss black wheels. The interior gains body-colour trim, contrast stitching and alloy pedals.

The Sport HSE Dynamic comes with All Terrain Progress Control (ATPC) which is a system that helps driver to maintain a steady speed in off-road conditions. It is similar to cruise control, that works between 1 (1.60 km/h) to 19 mph (30.57 km/h).

The Active Driveline feature can switch between two- and four-wheel drive to improve traction or on-road agility. The rear axle can also be entirely locked for maximum traction in very slippery conditions. The driver can also monitor its operation through a dedicated 4x4 screen on the 8-inch touchscreen display.

Lastly, there is the Adaptive Dynamics with MagneRide dampers. This system minimizes body roll and improves control in off-road driving. A dynamic mode is selectable on the Terrain Response system which increases throttle, gearbox and differential response along with steering and suspension firmness.

Power for the Dynamic Lux is derived from the TD4 diesel engine producing 180 PS and is paired to an automatic transmission. The model is now available to order in the UK with a price of GBP 46,000 (INR 47,08,197).
